How can my team access To-do Helpers?

Anyone in your Basecamp organization can log into To-do Helpers with their Basecamp account, by going to https://todohelpers.com. From there, they can create and manage their own recurring to-do’s and helpers.

If you become a paid subscriber, everyone in your Basecamp organization is covered by the single subscription fee of $12/month or $96/year.

What is the difference between a recurring to-do and a helper?

Recurring to-do's create to-do's in Basecamp on a schedule. For instance, you might have a to-do called “Send weekly report” that occurs once per week. You can set that up in To-do Helpers, and a new to-do will appear in Basecamp once per week.

Helpers react to to-do's you create in Basecamp and change them in some way. For instance, a helper can auto-assign every to-do created in a list to someone.

How much does To-do Helpers cost?

A subscription, covering everyone in your Basecamp organization, is $12/month or $96/year (equivalent to $8/month).
